What are calories how much much amount of calories YOU require per day. HOw you can calculate you BMI i.e., Body Mass Index.

MashaAllah its really a great effort to know about the fats, whether good or bad.... Amazing delivery, effective learning transitions, fabulous pictorial presentation that make lay man easy to understand.. Allah bless you more to work for medical students and humanity.
