I work 2nd shift and ride every night. Since it is all on city roads, lighting isn’t too big of an issue, but I agree that the factory lights have a lot of room for improvement. Thanks for video. This will probably be next upgrade on my rally.
You could be right. They looked good to me although I must say they seemed a bit low but the high beam was perfect and didn't bother NY on coming traffic either. It illuminated the road nicely.
Thank you. The install was easy enough on the right side but the left side was way too tight for my fingers. Had to take the frunk out, body panels out and un screw 2 bolts and loosen the 3rd one to swing the headlight out. Sounds tougher than it was. After much cussing I was done in about an hour or less. Not bad for not being handy with tools much.
Another good video Knight Ryker. I installed the T2 type bulbs on my Rally last week and haven't did any night riding yet but, I know if and when I did I want to be able to see down the road. The T2 are much brighter over the stock bulbs. I guess now I may take a look at the driving lights. Keep up the good work and informative videos.
They are great and I am sure you will love them. You will have to adjust the left side bulb so the low beams are on the outside. Super easy to do once you install them all you have to do is just turn them until they are upside down on the left side.
I’ve been watching a bunch of videos on Can Am bikes and am wondering if there’s enough room to fit LED bulbs that are used for cars. I’m sure the bikes use the same model of bulbs as cars, surely, but using the same Hikari bulbs that I already have in my truck would be awesome. 10-12k lumens with a wide light dispersion sounds good to me.
The space is pretty tight but That would be something for sure if you are able to fit those powerful led bulbs. But being that the space is so tight the heat management may be a problem. If you do find anything online let me know. Thanks.
@@RideAboutNow The Hikari bulbs I'm using now aren't in the biggest housing ever but they seem to do fine enough. I'd have to see a Ryker in person to test my theory, of course. It'll be great if they work!

That is good that you have lighted roads on your commute, here outside the city where I am get really dark. Kind of like you're in a scary movie. LoL.
I definitely agree on the LEDs much better than the factory. Thank you for keeping the content about the lights. Good job
Thanks.
might need to be adjusted. they were set for the factory bulbs which seems like a different light pattern.

Great video. Just curious. Do these led lights have a fan and if so can you hear it while riding?
Cooling fins.
Thanks for sharing this. I haven't ridden a night on mine yet but if it stays this hot I will be.
Oh man it’s killing me here in Atlanta.
@@RideAboutNow Be careful. I got heat stroke a while back and it is no fun.
@@samsmithmotovlogs I hear you man and that is pretty freaking dangerous.
Great vlog the lights look good in the video was it easy install👏👍

Thank you for that. I have heard from a couple of viewers that the T2 bulb is pretty awesome as well. Thanks again.
I'm waiting for mines to come in.
Ordered them last week from slingmods

@@RideAboutNow I'm looking for a good camera so I can start my UA-cam channel.
Any recommendations?
bigg june I have one camera and it’s a GoPro 7. So I guess if you had to have just one. Go for the hero 8.

I have the same LEDs and love them; however, I don't ride at night. Everyone I talk to about them say they are bright as hell. I won't be switching.
Totally agree. I don't ride at night much either but it is good to know these bulbs can handle the dark roads in case I get stuck riding at night.
@@RideAboutNow Definitely!
Well your channel is call knight Ryker so start riding at night and solving crime. You need a Deven.
Lol. I should call my bike 'KYTT' or 'RYCK'
