without dlss ... it kinda IS ... they make games to run With dlss these days , so when you have a GPU that has dlss 3.0 with frame generation and Don't turn it on ... it's kinda your own fault you're gettting 30 fps , isn't it ? he could get double by just turning frame generation on , not even talking about ray trace shadows and ambient occlusion , they vacuum up your fps like a hoover ... a lot of other ''ultra'' options just take away fps without really making a difference and actually some are looking worse then on the ''high'' setting ... still a Lot of performance just lying on the table playing on a 8700K @ 5Ghz , 2080ti 4K 45-50 fps outside the castle / 60+- inside the castle with raytracing , i did do all the engine.ini changes for higher VramPool and things , + a mod to get stable fps throughout the game , no lags or stutter smooth gaming at 4K ultra/high RTX , DLLSS quality no problems
