Bishop George Lungu Speaks to ASEC SLDI Graduates in Zambia

  • Lord Bishop George Lungu, Bishop of Chipata, Zambia, is the guest of honor at ASEC/ZAS 4th Sisters Leadership Development Initiative (SLDI) Graduation Ceremony. The ceremony was held at Taj Pamodzi Hotel in Lusaka Zambia on November 7, 2021.
    Bishop Lungu spoke fondly of ASEC's educational programs for Catholic Sisters in Africa, thanking the founders, grant funders and individual donors who support ASEC. He adds,
    "ASEC is a mustard seed of hope that has been planted into the African soils with great potential to change the lives not only of the sisters themselves but also their congregation and society at large."
