How To Do Pigeon Pose Stretch
    1. Start on all fours with knees under hips and wrists under shoulders.
    2. Lift your right knee off the floor and place it so it's slightly to the right and behind of your right wrist.
    3. Rotate your thigh and bring your right foot forward so that your foot is on the left and the outside of your right shin is on the mat.
    4. Straighten your left leg and slide it back so that you can lower your hips towards the ground, aiming to keep the weight central over both hips.
    5. You can either stay with your torso upright or lower over your front leg.
    6. Hold for 30 seconds taking long, deep breaths throughout.
