    This is a very delicious and healthy dish that goes well with a bowl of rice. Simply steam the silken tofu and top with a simple sauce of garlic and soy sauce. This simple healthy Asian dish can be ready in 5 minutes.

    1 package silken Tofu
    2 stalks scallions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    1 tsp chilli flakes
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp hot oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    Dash of white pepper

      I use garlic oil instead
