Hey just made your sambal tumis. Added large onions and cook briefly before turning off the stove....i must say ...it was absolutely crazy, the recipe is so easy and fast, it fulfills easily. Goes perfect with just salads and boiled eggs. 😂

We can't understand what you're looking for a substitute for vinegar, but we can confirm that the chili sambal can be stored in the refrigerator for a month or even longer. Just remember to sterilize the container before storing the chili and always use a dry spoon when serving😊
