This looks delicious. What is light soy sauce and sweet soy sauce? I never see them labelled as such - are there different names for them?

Light soy sauce could be just labelled as “soy sauce”, normally if you look for soy sauce in an Asian grocery store, then likely the soy sauce will label as light soy sauce, dark soy sauce. Sweet soy sauce will be labeled as such, or it usually labeled underneath the main name as sweet soy sauce or soy glaze
