    I liked this movie, you could see as Shawn started to not only understand her but also sympathize with her until he finally sees how she and her boyfriend got brutalized, and then you get a sigh of relief when she gets away and he literally takes a bullet for her.
    And your summarization is always good fun. Thanks for doing these.

      " you could see as..." yeah yeah yeah: A Pig get corrupted because of blue balls.
      Imagine what blue balls can do to a pig, now imagine "infinite budget" can do to a department/county/country/military.
      This movie is literally about how corrupted the justice system is.
      Don't get me wrong, if you steal my dog I'm going to slice you up in a tube of salty lemon juice starting with your finger tips, ending at your eye lids.
      That way I can work my away down your whole body ensuring that you can feel the first contact with the most sensitive touch organ, and end up seeing the last cut.
      Other then that fuck the police as usual 😃

      She doesn’t deserve sympathy. Just because you were wronged doesn’t mean you go and wrong other people. This is very much a Mary Sue revenge fantasy. Remember, she bought a gun illegally, shot people for mild threats when a non violent option was available, and murdered someone unrelated to her problems. She’s a terrible person who deserves to die.

    • @fpsgames8188
      @fpsgames8188 Рік тому +14

      @@shadowninja8960 No, the markings are nearly identical amongst the same make and model.
      For instance, factory standard 9mm Glock pistols all have the same kind of barrel rifling, so you could deduce the bullet came from a factory 9mm Glock barrel, but not necessarily which 9mm Glock in a box of 9mm Glocks.
      Same with all factory 9mm Beretta 92s leaving virtually identical marks.
      Moral of the story: clap the bad guys with the most common caliber from the most common handgun in your area. You're welcome.

    • @comethiburs2326
      @comethiburs2326 Рік тому +2

      @@fpsgames8188 you can compare the hammer strikes on the casings. not joking. ballistic experts in france do that.
      So you roughly know if it was the same gun based on the hammer wear, you can also tell from the bullet trajectory the rough size of the shooter, if he/she was crouched or not, and experienced or not. so they realistically can tell if the shooter was similar.
      There's also the brand and type of round used. say the shooter had a similar hammer strike, similar round and similar height, and shot from the same hand, it's enough evidence towards the same shooter.
      Now the phone video and the rich guy's murder motive would be a hella damning evidence. she's close to the cop, she left blood on the scene (potentially) and she's on the phone at the time, so her phone does track her close two of the crimes, at the very least.

      because this is a kinda natural progression of a hero archetype and not forced (like the type of movies you mentioned)

    • @heavyhitman
      @heavyhitman Рік тому +6

      Yes you are absolutely right, but I have some more examples,
      In Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Angelina Jolie being a badass female agent seems very forced (whole movie is forced by the way with no realism) but in Avatar, Neytiri seemed so natural.
      In ALL MARVEL MOVIES the women are shown so badass and skilled and in some movies "dominant", again feels so forced. But in Alita Battle Angel, Alita is literally the best warrior on planet and literally save our boy's ass quite a few times. I can't properly explain it but I could never sense a drop of Woke propaganda in such movies whereas movies like Marvel is overflowing with it.
      There are many other examples which I can't think of right now.

    • @ThatGuy-tc9mg
      @ThatGuy-tc9mg Рік тому +3

      @@heavyhitman normally an easy way to sum it up is by asking yourself a simple question; “ are the things this female hero does within the bounds of reality or not?” It works for this movie because the woman is using a gun, if the movie wanted to try and make the viewer believe she achieved all of this with her fists like Denzel Washington in the equalizer, then it would be highly unbelievable because of how skinny she is. However, since the girl in this movie uses a gun to accomplish her deeds, you don’t have to suspend your disbelief on the practicality of anything she does and instead can focus on the reasons behind why she does what she does.

    • @heavyhitman
      @heavyhitman Рік тому +3

      @@ThatGuy-tc9mg Bro. You forgot Alita. She's not bound by realism. One more example is Lucy. Played perfectly by Scarlett Johanassen. Kill Bill, Mad Max, Wonder Women. Good movies. No propoganda. There really are many more examples that I can't think of rn. So no, I don't have to suspend my belief on reality to enjoy a good female lead.

    Jodie Foster is still one of the best actresses I have ever seen. She's so good at making you believe that she's into a guy, she makes you forget that she is a lesbian. Kind of like a female Rock Hudson. That's the kind of actor we'd be missing if actors would only be allowed to act parts they represent in their private lifes. Hell, this video made me realise how much I miss seeing her in films and movies. Silence of the lambs, Contact, Taxi Driver, Panic Room, Flight Plan, ... even the fucking attempt at an Oscar grab we know as Nell, is kind of good (in a bad way. I love her acting in most things. Yet, this was her "Simple Jack". No doubt.).
