Good stuff guys,packing them baffles looks like a pain in the butt,We had a awesome time at twisted trails yesterday,it was a pleasure to visit with Carl and Nick.I can't wait to see the RS1 swamp monster Video,the highlights had us rolling.
The baffles were actually not that bad, especially now knowing how it all works. Currently working on the video right now, Thursday is the release date 👍🏻. It’s a muddy one! 💦

It says right in the Trinity installation paperwork it must be repacked every 15hrs.

Do those have rivets to take out or screws? I'm looking at getting the duals for my scrambler 850. Love the sound of them. But I'm debating between dual trinitys or dual rjwc krossflows... Krossflows are super easy to replace packing, which is a plus. I really don't like having to drill out rivets and putting new ones in.

Being an RS1 owner myself,, would love to see it!!!
I bought mine in 2018. At the time, they were so new, there was only 2 of them in the state of minnesota!! I bought 1 of the 2!!! It is hard to describe the ride of these things, unless you actually strap yourself in!! Every video of nick being so excited to ride,,, i know exactly what hes going threw!! Im the same!! But seriously,, do a tuning, and exhaust on it!!! I really really trust you guys!! Let us know what yous think of it!!!!! I want the video!!!!!!
Great video, I wish you would have gave a quick overview on what had to be done with each project. (Not a step by step how just an overview) Use a little masking tap on the packing. It will burn right off. Also, you guys scare me ripping like you do without helmets. Be safe.
Definitely could of did a better job on the overview, things just got a bit confusing doing the video over 3 different days. The packing itself actually had tape on it, figured that out on the second one 😆
