Nice to see another channel giving Aftermarket Assassins some love. Mike at AA knows his 💩 and his prices and customer service is second to none. In my opinion their exhaust is the best sounding/ performing on the market. You definitely need to add some weight to that clutch.🤙

I added the AA clutch kit, blow off valve, exhaust, charge tube and stage 3 tune to my pro xp. It really woke the machine up. Congrats on the upgrades. I met you guys as SXS Blog RaceTober in 2019. Hopefully things will get back to normal next year.
I’ve been thinking about switching mine over. I wanna talk to the AA guys and see if we can work something out. Hopefully this strange world won’t be so strange next year. We have some awesome things to announce soon. So stay tuned for some fun SxS events

Rs1 sounds mean with that exhaust! Im running the AA exhaust with the stage 2 and 3 tune on my xpt and it made a huge difference
The RS1 deserves to sound like that, it’s such a great rig. The last exhaust made it sound like a lawn mower lol

Huge fan of AA. Mike is a beast. I have no clue how he has enough time in the day to do everything he does. I run the stage 3 in my Polaris turbo.
I didn’t get to talk to Mike but I want to cause it be awesome to have them on board with us. Maybe change the Turbo over 🤷🏼♂️
@@dirtdudes You won't be disappointed. I bought a kit for my turbo, but we ended up talking more about my ranger and how he went a little overboard on his (I'll let him tell tell you that story). I've had 3-4 friends work with him and all positive.

Hell yeah DirtDudes! RS1 sounding so good. And I say forget the drag numbers. Nowadays people are itching so much to just take off a tenth of second and I think the lack of improvement here may just come from how yall were timing it. The real tests are gonna come when you start feeling the improvements in machine out on the trails anyway. Thats is what im waiting to hear about anyway.
The testing was super inaccurate but we did take it out on the trails. Now that’s where this beasts shines right now. Next weeks video you’ll get to see this thing rip

Why did you decide for Aftermarket Assessions and Not Bikeman? Both deliver same components, but Bikeman includes a FULL exhaust system.

It will be faster and have better throttle response. As far as how much faster? A few hundredth of a second

The way I keep eating I might be heading toward double D’s lol. I’m not sure about it meeting DNR restrictions. If I had to guess he’d probably need to put the baffles in.
That thing sounds meaty like a hammer! Which was my college nickname Meat Hammer! Haha 😄 All the ladies would say,"let him drop the Meat Hammer!" Lol 😂 Real nice tho guys. Ive been thinking of a muffler and a tune and after seeing and hearing that, it makes me want to do it! I'm hoping I can beat my buddies older can am mav with a turbo, which I think would be close in hp then. Nice job fellows!
Lmao, meat hammer! 🥩🔨... I bet it would be pretty close, if you had the right clutch set up you could maybe get em. If your still running a stock exhaust I highly recommend upgrading. Besides just the performance factor the sound is worth it. Hearing awesomeness rip behind you adds to the riding experience 👍🏻
@@dirtdudes I love the deep throaty sound for sure but my only issue with that is it being to loud for my area. There are some places, especially at night, that I kinda need to sneak thru. There are times also that I have to ride the paved road and it's not legal in my state or area to do that so I just feel less likely to get caught by the fuzz if my machine is quiet. I have saw and read that there are some aftermarket mufflers that will give u more performance over stock and are quieter so I've been wondering what they would be like with a tune or maybe even a cut out would be a good idea. I don't know what to do yet but after watching ur video, I'm thinking something has to happen soon 🤔😬! I also hope it's enough to beat my buddy with his older mav and another guys tuned and modded yxz. My rzr has the bottom end to take them both off the line but eventually they get around me but neither of them will send theirs off a jump like I will mine haha 😄. Great job and keep them coming guys!

What did this do to your slow crawling ability?
It made it much easier..the tune really helped with the throttle response and the cluching allows me to control how much bottom and top end i want

I did clutches on my X3 and it turned it into an absolute animal. But affected its creepy crawly ability. So I had to back off some of the aggressiveness in the clutch. Seemed to be riding the belt kinda hard.

Get a cage on that thing I just rolled my RS1 the cage crumpled my replacement is getting a Houser cage it's on order now.
We both need cages but we need bigger pockets if you know what I’m saying lol

It’s the right and smart thing to invest your money in. Especially if your going to push the machine. Bummer they don’t come from the factory like that and you gotta immediately invest a bunch of money just to be safe.

@@dirtdudes I rolled mine on a straight trail at 30 MPH don't necessarily need to be pushing it just an unfortunate broken part it happens quick ! Everyone who posts on Facebook asking what they should buy first for their new machine I always answer cage now .

It’s definitely similar, those guys gave me the inspiration to start doing all this. We participate in a variety of races, with some awesome ones coming up. Install aftermarket parts and put them to the test. Plus our favorite is having a blast rippin down trails all over the country! 🤘🏻

cut the back out of the stock muffler ... remove the centre plate and pipe 1" tube ... and remove the cat ... weld her up job done .... cutting it in half proved very little .. the muffler is a mechanical baffle with chambers ....take the back off and look at it .. it speaks to you in its design ... if it had mud inside ?? well ??
