N Scale Model Train Layout "Tide Water Junction"
This layout was built to represent a North Eastern Coal hauling road.
A coal mine in the mountains ships loads down for export to the harbor.
On the other side of the layout a small town depicts a lazy sunday.
Over five hundred hand made trees surround a moutain with natural rock cut tunnels.
The layout has two routes so two trains can run at the same time.
One on a high track and one on a lower track.
Engine facilities and mulitple side tracks provide
storage for engines and rolling stock.
We chose Norfolk & Western to feature in the video.
(The layout ships in either DC or DCC mode.)
