I rewatched Ed Norton's Banner and CGI of Hulk. The movie was so-so, but I have to admit I kinda prefer that version. Banner learning martial arts and how to control breathing added something to character and made Banner himself seem more capable. The Hulks CGI even looks much better. It also made the CGI on She Hulk stand out more too.
The main problem with She-Hulk was that Marvel tried to Teen Titans Go the MCU. That works for little kids who are entertained by stupid jokes, but then they also tried to be mature by focusing on drinking and sex. It’s too adult for the kids and too stupid for the mature audience. Because of Hulk, Wong, Daredevil, and Abomination, you find yourself desperately trying to defend this garbage when you know what it truly is. For us to admit it takes away from all the characters who appeared on it! At least in TTG, that takes place in an alternate universe.
I felt the same way with Teen Titans Go. "Why would they do this to a show that we love so much?... Oh, wait, this is for small kids. NVM, let the kids enjoy it." She Hulk was not meant for little kids but it sure treats the audience like they just suffered a massive head injury.

She-Hulk's CGI isn't that bad and Daredevil didn't look bad he was amazing as he always is and Matt didn't do the walk of shame that was the stride of pride
@@Trildin maybe in some of the early scenes that in the daylight but I really feel like near the end of the show that really wasn't an issue felt like the animators got her look down pretty good and just need to go from there in her future appearances
Hey, yeah I agree this show has some enjoyment I give you that. I accually kind of liked it untill episode 7. Then I just give up because nothing was building up or was developing into something more... I did like the group therapy session episode becaus that was one of the moments I thought she hulk really spoke about what bothered her and it kind of hit it right...showing some weakness instead of throwing snarky sarcasm all the time... But yeah after that she goofed around with Daredevil and banged him at the end of the episode...woohoow... I know for some people the daredevil episode was one of the highlights of the show, for me it was just the final drop because she just never learns anything and kept throwing herself to the next mysterious good looking guy who gives her a bit of attention. THAT was the outcome of that episode ladies and gentleman...*sigh* And the last episode didn't help either because it litteraly told us how bad the show was and kind of blamed the "trolls" for it or sth...I accually have no idea what that was all about but whatever.. and then Jen decided to write the ending herself...so that means everything that happened before (all 8 episoded) became absolutely pointless...Yay thanks for letting us now that at the very end!! Sorry but that's as insulting towards intelligence, taste, effort, good writing and the right mentality as this could get. So nope...altough I tried to like it, towards the end it all imploded into nothing...

A legal comedy set in a universe as vast as the MCU with the possibility for a case-a-week type structure filled with guest appearances & comic book cameos sounds like a heck of a lot of fun. What we got was okay, but it wasn't particularly funny, none of the characters were particularly likeable nor memorable & the show was WAY more focused on Jen's dating life/whatever awful story was going on rather than the legal side of things.

The jokes weren’t funny and it was just so lazy at times. Personally i think this is the worst mcu project so far. I prefer generic stuff over boring nothingness that only depends on cameos and 4th wall breaking. That’s not enough even if it was creative, because the rest was bad.

Was it that bad? Yes.... Yes, it was! Jen Walters came across as a very unlikeable character who's flaws were celebrated. In the very opening scene we are told how amazing she is. The opening episode is purely there to elevate her above the male counterpart. How the writers got away with having Jen tell Bruce that being catcalled in the street would make her better at controlling her anger "infinitely" more than a guy mentally battled his alter-ego whilst being hunted to the ends of the Earth my the US military and had to go and survive on an alien planet and fight for survival just to protect humanity.... But sure.... Toxic Men.... am I right? We then proceed to have a series of directionless episodes that show Jen cat-fish a guy into sex and portray him as the villian for not going along with it the next day. Jen agrees to go on more dates with a few men with very poor attitudes. Was she forced to go on these dates? No! She didn't have to.... She tries to upstage her friend at her wedding by stealing the show, fighting and trashing the venue.... Great friend there, and Jen is praised and rewarded for this behaviour. The show just turned Blomsky, a fierce soldier in the Hulk movie, into a laughing stock of a wimp. Wong is brought in just for a cheap gag with some drunk floozy. The storyline about her blood being stolen? Nah forget it, it went nowhere! In the end, rather than defeating the villian, overcoming a difficult situation and growing as a character using her Hulk powers AND her lawyer skills, she uses neither and simply stops the show dead to say "I DON'T WANT THIS, ITS MY SHOW!!! I'LL END IT HOW I WANT" Skip to the end with villians defeated without Jen even having to do anything! How is that a satisfying resolution to a story? It's a cheap cop out that wasn't earned. It's lazy writing and this team should never be allowed near another MCU project again!!
I saw this as a parody of MCU. Naked Gun style: random ideas, no consequences, don’t think just laugh. But of course it really wasn’t funny. Sold as a ‘legal comedy’ the writers did not know law and did not write jokes. REMEMBER.. this was supposed to come out before Ms Marvel. It was SO bad Feige ordered reshoots. The result is a meta battle between Feige and Gao over show direction. 4th wall breaks are Jen/Gao explaining battles she won or lost. Origin first ep? Feige. Belittling Hulk? Gao. Daredevil tease? Feige. Radical shift to wedding? Gao. Jessica Gao told a reviewer that the confetti wedding invitation was “hilarious”. Women and gay men would love it . Get it? THAT was a She Hulk joke. 😐 My point is THIS is the improved version. I expect the parts u could not sit thru.. wedding, therapy, bad dates.. that was the WHOLE show. Feige added interesting parts which Gao undercut any way she could. 6.9 out of ten is way too generous.
Btw David Otunga (first Matcher date) is a real Chicago lawyer. They had an actual lawyer ON SET and did not use him to help write courtroom scenes. Just BAFFLING!! 🤯
You know, the MCU is all about the otherworldly, magical and insane technology stuff so I wanted a movie or a show like She Hulk which is grounded, street level with grounded and human characters and although we got Hawkeye which was entertaining, I wanted more things like that and we got She Hulk and tbh, I'm disappointed. Now I'm not one of those people who call She Hulk garbage because it's woke but I would say that the execution of the show and the character was so bad they completely wasted time trying to troll all the anti woke fans instead of actually making a good show. It had a lot of potential, the she Hulk actress was looking good in the role and I loved the horny and sexy element of the show which MCU has never done before but it was a complete waste of potential and they could've done better.
It wasn't that bad, it was fun. Although she hulk was rude for the first 2 seasons, I warmed up to her. It was occasionaly funny and occasionally had good action. I liked it overall : 6/10
for me... She Hulk is the worst thing marvel ever did. My new MCU lows are Thor 2, Ant Man 2, Iron man 2, Captain Marvel, Eternals, Thor Love and Thunder, Morbius, Ms Marvel, She Hulk.

I LOVE She-Hulk. By far, my most favorite MCU show.

She Hulk was definitely non forgettable, just like Auschwitz. We will never forget!! Never let this happen again!!!
