Great review! Thanks for sharing!
Just a note that its "blue gilt" and not "blue glit". Easy mistake to make!
Also try the "Marine Nationale" or cheaper alternative like "Watch Steward" elastic strap. Its the most comfortable way to wear a watch, especially if you like NATOs, but don't like the tail tuck or the comfort aspect.
