The shoulder on the uniqlo jacket is a mix between a raglan and dolman sleeve, it helps it be relaxed yet form-fitting but removes the conventional sleeve shoulder line so that is doesn't look awkward if you size up or down. The the same thing was done on their alexander wang heat tech collab
