INSANE- LOVE THEM
The new bassist has such a nice voice that he elevates all the songs, both new and old. I love Everything Everything, but really hopes he becomes a permanent member of Foals. How could he leave them now and possibly miss out on headlining the Pyramid stage?
anatheking he’s got to be gutted he’s now got to tour two albums of c sides or without a thought for half decent backing vocals or basslines ( exits , syrups , in degrees) . Although I’m guessing this one was written with Walter, so arguably better. A b tech ‘ a knife in the Ocean ‘ anyhow. I really wish they didn’t rush these albums so much , feels like we are robbed of new ideas and new music, with any luck these new songs won’t be here to stay, I wouldn’t even go as far to say this is foals in transition , the songs , the lyrics are just totally risk free and radio friendly. .
