I’ve had two miscarriages, my 1st and 4th pregnancies. Found out some time later that I have a gene mutation (MTHFR) that can cause miscarriages, since it affects folate processing efficiency and methylation. My kids also have this gene mutation.
I have never been through what you have been through, but I have followed your story. I do deal with anxiety/depression. Your videos are so uplifting, you motivate me. Your advice is fitting to all struggles and is very helpful to many I am sure. You have a very positive outlook and attitude, so thank you. Every little step helps.
