- This Easy to make Battered Fish and Chips is one of my Favorite Fast Foods in the UK .The Chips and Tartar sauce compliments the fish so well when all put together, it certainly tastes delicious .
INGREDIENTS:
1 KG SOLE FISH (BONELESS FILLET)
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP MUSTARD POWDER
2 TBSP VINEGAR
1 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP MUSTARD POWDER
2 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
ICE COLD WATER TO MAKE THE BATTER
