To say this is an inspiration is definitely an understatement. To see a fellow Jamaican, especially at this level, who came from humble beginnings fuels my drive to continue pursuing entrepreneurship. Throp continue to showcase stories like these as it is very much needed.

Wow! This man is so inspiring; I am an educator, and in listening to his story I can see him sharing his story with our young people. They need to hear how they can create their own opportunities; their future could be right here on the island. I like your thinking. Negril does have a water park but it did not do well. It's closed for most of the year. But you're right, an attraction outside of the beach that is unique to Negril would attract more people from other parts of the island. @@Halfwaytreeclock

The beauty of Jamaica is it's nature and lush tropical jungle. The more of that you strip away and turn into roads and big buildings the more it will slowly die away and the ecosystem will forever be ruined. It's a very special place and should stay as natural as possible. Money can't buy that kind of beauty. It's priceless. Buildings and roads are ugly eyesores that suffocate nature and bring sickness.
So the government should not have built this and other infrastructure and highways? Whatever you are smoking, please stop because it is interfering with common sense logic. 👩🏽🦱 Hello Winthrope and Kevin, I’ve been thinking about buying real estate in Jamaica. I own a property in the United States. I’m African American, and African Americans are leaving America and moving abroad to places like Africa, Jamaica and Costa Rica. Out of those three countries, I’m focusing more on Jamaica. Thanks for this information. Sun Coast Beach Club seems to be an ideal community, due to its amenities, because my main concern is driving on the opposite side of the road in Jamaica. How do Americans adjust to driving in Jamaica?

Prices were very low back then and my kids were more concerned about value and competitive pricing and we acquired the property and built the family home for Pennie's on the dollar compared to Ja.
We have looked and are still looking for maybe a smaller place just to have built property in Ja as there are a number of parcels inherited and are still in the will for the kids and grandkids. I have a second home in Fl and fly down to Florida just like the birds in the fall lol and sometimes onto Mexico. But I've never ruled out a property in Ja as I watch my little island shine bright I am Comfortable with our choices to date and look forward to bigger things for Jamaica especially in health and allied health services! Bless 🇯🇲 🇺🇸

👩🏽🦱 Hello Winthrope and Kevin,
I’ve been thinking about buying real estate in Jamaica.
Awesome
Thanks so much
Big up Coco Tea, Azan Company and Jah Cure etc.
I know you personally respect to you❤❤
