My BBQ team competed in this years Holy Smokes. We traveled from the greater Lansing area to join in on the fun. It was a great time, for a great cause. Next year I will bring an extra person or two to help out so we all have time to wander around and enjoy all the great food that was offered. My team arrived at Pigeon Hill just after 6am to start cooking and before we knew it, it was after 7pm and we hadn't had time to sit and take a break throughout the day. Thanks to all of the people at CCWM and Pigeon Hill for putting on such a great event. See you again next May!
