Thanks for this much needed Video! The instructions were spot on! I just removed my grille to replace the bowtie, with no problems! Great Job explaining the process. and the close ups helped a bunch! 👍
Excellent. You did a really great job of showing close ups and explaining what you were doing. I need to replace the grille on my 2001 Tahoe and your video will save me a lot of time. Thank you.
Thanks for the close-ups on the clips, tabs and the clips that require the quarter turn... I need to replace the grill part, and I hope it goes as easy as you make it look!
i thought you were gonna put a NEW grille in! lol GREAT VIDEO tho! str8 and to the point!!! you didnt talk us to death like alot of people wanna do! great job man!
+rcdmedia Don't have to take the grille out to paint it black, you can remove the top cover that ties the radiator support and grille together) and have plenty of access to remove the bowtie
Htwn Retros it’s from a z71 Tahoe of the same era they are the only models that came with that valance. If the fog lights ever get damaged or need replacing you can replace them with older I think around 02 era Grand Prix fog lights. Sorry it’s been a long time and I don’t remember the exact years.
What's up buddy! Recently wrapped up a video project that delves into a real crime documentary. It demanded a solid 14-hour commitment. Your feedback, positive or negative, is crucial to me. Stay well, and looking forward to hearing from you.
***** did you ever do that video for replacing the front bumper? I got everything off my 2000 silverado without breaking anything, but I want to make sure I get everything back in the right order. not bad since it was my first time doing body work on this truck ever My dad had this truck from mile 1 and got one small dent in 14 years. I had it 6 months and rear-ended someone and now I have to replace the bumper, grill, and headlights. Lord knows how I didn't hurt the turn signal lights...
Thanks, made my job of replacing the broken Chevrolet bowtie so much easier! Thanks for taking the time to show us how to do it
