  • "Waltz of Roses (Gramofon)" was composed by Eugen Doga, a celebrated Moldovan composer who made his compositional debut in 1963 with a string quartet, later becoming the author or many musical compositions, theater scores, film soundtracks, and 70 waltzes. One of his most famous waltzes composed in 1992 is "Waltz of Roses (Gramofon)" This is a charming waltz with a melancholy and surreal quality. I was reminded of a tapestry my grandmother made for me of Pierrot, the sad clown often pining for unrequited love. This is my interpretation of that broken hearted love song. I hope you enjoy my rendition.

This one is ready for prime time B! Nice work, both on the accordion and all the side effects!

Thank you very much, Nick! This was truly a family affair. Stasha is learning to sew and she sewed the backdrop. Both Ed and Stasha helped with the makeup. Actually, the most challenging part was playing with gloves. That was not easy. Bernadette
