Our Dad purchased this one from a local CB retailer in the 1970s. He also purchased another unit for my Grandmother. We were very lucky because she lived on the top of a mountain and we could talk to her on CB when she was a good 20 miles away. Great memories
this rig has a great receiver to the ear. Good ole days, I remember starting on a gorgeous blue Midland 5001 in my teenage back then when I still lived in France, there was CB craze there too especially in the late 70s and along the 80s :)
