#seedoeatreview doesn’t usually make big statements when I go #searchingoutsandwiches , but I think I just found one of my favourite sandwich shops in the past twelve months. The place is called @loveyourmammaofficial , and today I’m trying out the Toto Sandwich.

🤔 THOUGHTS:
The first thing you’ll taste, when biting into this breakfast sandwich, is the soft, fluffy panuozzo bread. Made and baked onsite, it’s honestly the best bread I’ve tasted in all my sandwich reviews. As for the ingredients, pancetta and provolone are a match made in heaven, while the chilli chutney gives a fresh burst of life to counterbalance the saltiness of the sandwich. The creaminess of the fried egg brings it all together. Served with a @lavazzaaus made coffee, this was the perfect breakfast. Enjoy!

PANUOZZO - Panuozzo is an Italian delicacy that is more of a bread than a variant of pizza. It is a large sandwich made of long-aged, overgrown, yeast pizza dough. A form of street-food sandwich from Campania, served hot.
