india can manufacture a lot of stuff. if you're comparing india to the best and most experienced like USA China and Russia then they're better but after them India is the best. India can make ammunition, rifles, jackets, ATVs, armored trucks and everything.
The problem is the production process. To mass produce something you need to already have a lot of infrastructure in that direction, and India is just now entering this phase(and already some of the best in the world) If you look at the production and export growth it's absolutely massive.
India after 2030 will be an actual active competitor to USA and China with just as good tech at very affordable prices the way our production is going

Bharat is projecting as a arms dealer to every nation in the world, including Asia(Sold Brahmos to Phillipines), and Armenia. Africa is not special. It's just another market, you have to target the entire globe.Bharat should aim to become one of the bigger arms exports, on par with Korea in 5 years, on par with Zhongguo/France in 10 years. In 20, perhaps on par with USA/Rossiya.

If African nations are using their own currencies to pay for the weapons then India has an opportunity here as Africa is a mineral rich continent, we could invest using their money in the infrastructure and mine Diamonds, Coal, Iron, Cobalt etc. giving employment to the locals and our Indian managers will definitely not be racist towards them as the Chinese ones are.

India and Africa have almost same GDP. If you however look at individual African countries you will realize that these nations are ahead of India, take for an example South Africa, South Africa has a very advance military industry, world class infrastructure and great GDP per Capito way ahead of India. Countries such as Namibia, Seychelles and a few others are ahead of India When it comes to GDP Per Capito, infrastructure and modernization, they do however have a smaller GDP as compared to India. So, India and Africa are both still emerging economies trying to get markets for their industries and this is part of it.

Well a country with a population of 1.4 Billion can never be that rich by Per Capita. Look at China $12,000.
But smaller countries like Qatar or Singapore they have small population that's why their GDP per capita is large.
