Im from Norway 🤗 But i should live i usa 😅 Was over for the first time last november for the poker run from Miami to key west. Was riding a 42 montecarlo with nortech owner Trond Schou And FPBC stu Jones 😊 The Allison boat i bought from Georgia And trailered it to the nortech factory And they fixed the shipping to Norway back in spring 2017. Love small And bigger boat-performance. I will come visit your shop next time im flying over 😊 Many Norwegians following wave to wave online web site 👍🏻
@@jimmycline4778 the only reason the 150 isn’t any faster is because of the rev limiter. With the right prop it’ll do 80+. He said he liked this one for its strong midrange, that doesn’t mean it’s the best for speed. Regardless 75 sounds pretty accurate especially in Norway where it’s probably closer to sea level than wherever this man is, meaning greater air pressure and therefore better power.
We also have a 2003 and recently got rid of our 280 (miss the sound and smell at idle) and replaced it with a pro xs 150. GREAT move. 10.5 set back w/ 26 trophy 71mph in fishing trim. Fuel savings pays for beer. LOVE IT. Thank you Jared.
Love to se that fly ☺️👍🏻 I had an Allison XTB21 that i imported from USA all the way to Norway :) Huge restoration! Did get 75 mph with merc 135 hp.
Thanks Glenn. That's awesome. I didn't know you were in Norway.

@@Thatboatdude Thanks Glenn, that's great. Appreciate it.
That’s hard to believe, with a 135

Nicely done Jared... Thx for sharing 🏁
Thanks Anthony
I love it!
I’ve got an Allison xb-2003 with a promax 2.5 offshore 260 and it will run in the low hundreds

I remember the huge improvement made with a nose cone on my Baja 160 and Pro-V 150 Yamaha, started burying the 75mph speedo
do you have any ideas how to stop porpoising we got a 18 ft procraft with a pro xs. it only does it at 3-3900. and stops at 4,000
Looks like 65
Does 80 MPH with a 30" Promax prop.
@@WavetoWaveBoats I don’t believe that!
@@jimmycline4778 It's well documented. GPS recall, video, math etc
@@WavetoWaveBoats your running a 30 pitch prop on your 150??
