I finally bought my miracle whip, 97 twin turbo Toyota supra.
I didint have the 2jz only in the mk4 supra you get the 2jz engine but it has the legendery 1jz wich is also good
I love Supra's but they're not that good, especially stock.

My first car was the 280 SEL from the same year. That thing was a land yacht, I miss it every day. The 280 SL is even cooler, especially this convertible.

Matthew Onnen Not trying to be a "Know it all dick" but the Roadrunner with the giant wing and nose cone is called a Super Bird. The car was based off the Roadrunner but Plymouth called it the Super Bird. Totally agree with you that would be a sweet miracle whip.

'86-'90 Lincoln Mark VII LSC
V8, air-ride suspension, leather interior, Lincoln coupe. It's a comfy, smoothe ride that goes when you put the pedal down.
How about a nice Jeep Wrangler soft top? Porsche Panamera? Modern Mustang? Civic Type R? Saab 900 Turbo? RX7? F350 pickup? Minitruck (Hardbody on bags or something along those lines?) Citroen DS or 2CV? Chevelle lowrider? Manx fiberglass buggy? 57 Chevy Bel Air Convertible? Custom Ford Shoebox? Fiat Abarth 500? 911 Targa? Corvette?

You should try Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6x6. Big man big car...

Here's the miracle whip (1 car for rest of your life) you'd settle on. A classic mid sized Benz or BMW wagon from late 70's to mid 90's. with the following mods: Mild electric drive swap that's about 130% or original power/torque specs and about 70 miles range with compact motor near axle; Honda bike engine as generator range extender/series/parallel power source (yep, even more extra power when desired on the highway for passing/merging); air conditioning; decent stereo; set up operation to be as transparent and intuitive as possible even if you need a microcontroller somewhere to manage everything instead of the driver playing with it; option for the driver to select modes of operation manually; modern tires but period correct wheels; stealthy safety cage and modern 3 point safety belts if it doesn't have them.
I chose the classic euro cars because those are nice to look at yet aren't very common. They're also easy to get because they're wagons and they're expensive to keep up... unless it's a 300D... The wagon means you can actually use the thing. Electric drive means you can enjoy the torque and speed but keep good reliability. Modest electric only range means it's not over priced and the battery pack fits with minimal change to the car. Bike engine genset gives you extra range when needed (road trip!) and extra power even though the electric motor's already spec'd a little high (remember, 130% of original spec). You get a modestly souped up car but not crazy and you have added safety. I'll just reiterate the reliability aspect of the EV/honda bike genset choice as a daily driven car needs to rarely be in the shop.

A 1986 Toyota Supra is my miracle whip. My neighbor owned one and i Ioved the look, from the flat box body of the 80's to the pop up headlights!!! He scraped it because the interior was shot and no engine. There a nice car in my opinion.

This is a Mercedes. Historically, they have leaned towards ride. I have drove a 1968 280SL with a manual. It is not a fast car, but you FEEL IT!!! Mercedes used to really sweat out how a car feels.
