First is....You mentioned 1 hour rest for the fermentation.. But it takes a little more time basing on the climatic conditions and weather... And the second... This is for the people who are baking in the oven... I just baked it for 23 mins at 200°c.. And that's done.... Excellent recipe... Must try...

How did it turned golden brown from the top? Usually on gas when we cook it doesn’t turn out golden.... as per my experience!
Apply milk with brush before backing dear.
They usually bake in oven and transfers to kadai for video
