I tried to replace the boot image from that the bootloader is unlovked and cannot be trusted. That screen doesnt show but shows "bad key" for a few seconds. My phone is g6

You can google platform tools adb, it's a small zip file that you need to extract as mentioned in video
when do they make twrp compatible on the moto g54
We have PIXEL OS recovery, not sure of TWRP

Not as advanced as twrp, but much better than any stock recovery
What if OEM unlocking is greyed out?
Usually it's greyed out when it's only some days since you bought the device
