Thank you Danny and Nicky Cowley for connecting with the long suffering fan base. You have really made a lot of us feel like we have got our football club back. Onwards and forwards. Up the U's!
Stockport fan a great guy is Danny got Notting but respect for him and his brother Nicky I want to take this opportunity by wishing Colchester united good luck for this coming season and hopefully your celebrating come next may or April I think you can really have a good season and perhaps get autos Colchester is a big club And shouldn’t be in league two
Danny right, lots to look forward to and be excited for next season! Their mentality will be key to driving us forward. We’d have been comfortable if Joe Taylor was with us in 2nd half of the season.
Can’t wait to see what Danny & Nicky can build given time. We can’t expect instant results so need patience this time as they’re proven at this level and we’re lucky to have them! Hope they take time to fully recharge over summer as season exhausting enough for fans so can’t imagine what it’s been like for them!

Well I hope it does get better. 1 place lower next season and we will be out of the league. The last few seasons have been very disappointing. Sorry to moan and really hope things do get better.

Hopefully Cowling has finally learnt that hiring supply teachers is suicide. Finally a manager who knows what he is talking about and can see the big picture.
A lot of the reason the scouts where there was because we could of been relegated. They was sniffing for a little non league bargain.
I do genuinely think our players are not actually as bad as we think. Yes there is dead wood. But the players are not all bad.
GK & CF we shouldn’t be near the bottom.
One thing I will point out he says he anticipated a hard time when he took the job on he did tell us he was expecting to finish 12th!! Reality may of hit now. It’s harder than it looks.
No excuses next year from anyone. Get him the best players we can and what he wants then time will do the rest.

Well he took over a team sinking like a stone in January and kept us up so I think we'd see him as a success here already.
