james has got such a knack for getting the most out of people in interviews
He should take over at QPR
JLA is never gives a bad interview. I’m not even a QPR fan but this was fascinating.
im neither a QPR far, nor particularly a GA fan but after listening to this I would run through a brick wall for him. brilliant guy
Shame you’re not in the qpr squad right now in that case, they could do with such conviction to the cause
When are you signing because he gets nothing out of the current squad?
amazing interview james, loved every second of it
Good on you Jim, and Gareth is the man, what a dedicated and socially intelligent guy 💪
Something’s happening here.
Two people i look up to and respect alot great interview 💙
Was brilliant managing Wycombe
Such a good interview, great work James
Incredible stuff Jim
Great interview. So great to get some insights into Gareth’s management philosophy. Feeling hopeful for QPR!
He was absolutely unbelievable at Wycombe. He will do big things with this club. Class manager!
He's made a terrible team even worse, mans clueless.
Absolutely useless manager for us so far!!
Algorithm threw this on my timeline, what an interview, great interviewing and interviewee. Subscribed!
love this!
Brilliant Interview! Those QPR players should feel lucky!
Great interview
Great interview Jim 👍
Hope you’ve asked him about getting some bloke from the turnstiles to do the Hakka
Brilliant interview
"Once we've secured the Championship for next season" hasn't aged particularly well so far 😮
God I hope we stay up.
Please, please, please make it work.
It's been too long since we have had a solid run of wins. If this club had never been to the summit of English football, and never had teams that were the envy of other clubs when we were in the top division (Division 1/Premier League) and Division 2/Championship, then we wouldn't be so frustrated. But we've been spoilt and we want to be there again. If it takes us another two seasons, so be it. But we want to see evidence that that day will come.
C'mon Ainsworth! C'mon U R's! 🔵⚪️
What a fantastic video. A real insight. The interviewer is clearly passionate about this, what’s his name? Does he do UA-cam?
He does it’s James Lawrence Allcott 👍
Fantastic interview, had to skip the holloway bit as a grimsby fan though
Excellent interview.
Respect Gareth.
We have a good coach guys.
Do we?
Quality Jim
Cheeky nosh off?
Fleet services?
Gaz is definitely a slug
Cmon QPR owners/directors back Gareth all the way we won’t get another manager as passionate as him. Time to be patient……..cmon you “R’s” !!!!
It's a hard pill to swallow though like you I believe we need to stick with him although another loss yesterday was scraping the barrel, Rangers need to turn they cannot keep losing even if it is 1-0. The positive talk needs to translate in winning. Worse case scenario will the board back him if the team sinks? Best solution is win at least two games to avoid the drop if not more. Something needs to change.
Inspirational
YES JAMES.
Yeeeeesss Jim.
Not a qpr fan, but I really liked the cut of his gib.
I hope he succeeds.
Great interview. TBH, I'm a little jealous of whats presently Developing at QPR. Nice to see a manager who at least likes the club & players. I remember those days. Good luck to QPR
Don't be jealous mate, the club is a car crash and heading to League 1! Although haven't listened to the interview yet and am a big GA and QPR fan.
Not much developing at QPR mate, maybe undeveloping
Dropping faster than a bowling ball being thrown off a bridge!
As a Cambridge Fan always good to hear John Beck get his dues! - wish GA all the best in his so far fantastic career in the Football league :)
❤
Quite possibly the most intelligent man on this entire platform
Wycombe will miss him 😢
🙀
JLA THE GOAT
Harry Potter meets professor snape
Good interview but cant help feeling a bit underwhelmed by the fact that his long term dream is 'to nick a play-off spot' and look up at the premier league. We were top of the championship in October talking about automatic promotion so not sure why our aspirations have lowered so far so quickly.
board etc
You were there by luck, was never sustainable. League is so competitive next season, 3 strong prem clubs going down, so playoffs is a only somewhat realistic goal
@@dustinmartin6524 Simply not true we were there by luck. I dont think the championship this year is that strong - Luton are in the top 6. We were there from merit playing some very good football under Beale.
@@xanblacker7168 Your team is lower midtable on paper and will finish there end of the season. Beale had you lot firing for sure but it mostly off vibes, there weren’t many games I saw that made me think QPR would sustain their form. League is definitely weak this season, next season is the problem. Watford, Norwich, West Brom all with transfer windows and Southampton, Bournemouth, West Ham/Palace/Forest/whoever goes down is a brutal league, plus teams like Millwall, Luton, Blackburn, potentially Sheffield United or Middlesbrough that aren’t going anywhere and teams like Swansea surely improving. Its a really tough league next year, so playoffs is ambitious enough
Oh great - now I care about QPR staying up.
QPR are doing terrible right now come on Ainsworth do better
U rrrrss
Wash your hair and play the Mauri
Worst qpr manager in living memory!
If he got rid of that silly hairstyle he might be worth listening to
Absolutely pathetic comment
Ainsworth is such a plonker …….
