    I love this workout so much ! The way you edited this video where it shows warm up and cool down ect. But also the gentile way of showing different alternatives 😃👏🏾

    Thank you! I like the videos but overall it’s a bit too fast sometimes for beginner and you can get injuries doing it at the video pace....
