I found watching Alec and thought he was a little annoying when he was stalling play last night, but then it was explained that he was stalling while others lost to get a higher payout when he did go out. He ended up with a $700k payout, which was more than $100k more.

@@headlesspokerllc.3323 At first, I thought he was insane. Like maybe he was on meth because of the crazy way he was talking. I had not thought of stalling until the payout goes up. Look the re-raise preflop the villain says I have an Ace. At the river Alec only bets AJ,AT and A8 and maybe A5. If the villain has those type of hand he would mainly check because he wouldn't want a re-raise.
There's another clip of Alec folding bottom set on a 9TJ board to a re-raise.
    ua-cam.com/video/MscMJ72qTIg/v-deo.html
It does make a bit more exploitable you willing to fold when 90% of other player call or raise but a lot of opponent do not attempt these type of moves.
On a personal note it is punishing to make moves when you overestimate the poker ability of your opponents. Assume everybody plays the same standard until proven over multiple time that they have a greater level of skill.
But mainly money saved is money earned.
