Past performance is the best predictor of future performance. She looks at the totality of the information about the applicant, especially sound analytical skills and creative instincts, strong performance, leadership style, personal character. Show how the person accomplishes things, with anecdotes. Mention areas of growth and opportunity. Highlight accomplishments and progression. Initiative, team leadership, collaboration, strategic orientation. How has past experience shaped what the applicant is today?

I have seen most of successful business people didn't graduate from school. And it shocked me when I learned that some of them taught graduate level at top business schools.
