Just a tip for the BH owners- there is a piece of paneling in the bunk to keep the person from falling through the doors when laid down…. Still contemplating this project…
Great work, and definitely looks factory to me! Looking to purchase a 16bh next season. So far I’ve only found one dealer here in Indiana. Nice work! 👍
Nice that dealer has an extra piece of paneling. Looks good. Only concern I have is added weight to the trailer. My thought is just a door and a slide out on metal rails.

Great job! We just purchased our own Sun lite sport 16BH. Your videos has helped us "think" about modifications

Excellent improvement
Excellent! Just my $0.02, I would have done a channel for the wiring.
That definitely would have been a better way to go
I want to do this to ours! You did a great job!
@lindaknapp8038 thanks Linda! I appreciate the kind words. Doing this has made the storage area much more usable.
Good idea!
Really great job!
Looks great!
Nice work, you could probably sell those to other 16B owners, lol!

That would certainly be a lighter way to do it.
Thanks for making this video, i really want to do this on my 16bh. Do you remember the measurements of the drawers?
The openings I cut were 16 1/2" wide by 12 1/4" tall. I think each camper is going to be a little different though.
