Currently the best use for Call for Aid imo is to have no Avengers in a Star Lord deck and put your deck into your discard pile. Star Lord's calling but no one's at the mansion!
I've actually had decent success with Moxie in heroes who have multiple forms so Ant-Man, Angel and even Spectrum because of her 3 form upgrades. It's an okayish card if used for the right hero
Re: "Call for Aid" - In general, cards that require you to discard are a pain because invariably you end up discarding the upgrades and supports you need to build. Most heroes have a signature card that is "key" to their playing effectively, so you risk missing that card or, if you wait until you draw that signature card, you probably go through at least half your deck and will naturally draw those allies anyway. So, unless building into a specific deck discard strategy, I find cards like "Call for Aid" to be of limited use. Enjoying the videos!
I really liked Mocie with Spectrum. At first I didn't like her kit but I forced myself to play the MTS campaign with Adam and Spectrum. She was rarely in the wrong form and depending on the aspect, can really help her lean into different strats. For Leadership, Moxie was pretty decent in every situation situation I used it for. Sometimes you really do just need a +1 to kill a dude or clear a scheme. And it works pretty well with her Pulsar Shield defense card, as it readies her. So since this card lasts the whole round, you can benefit from it being active on your player turn and the villains turn. I haven't tried using it with other heroes just yet but I expect vision to have some use. All in all, it's not a card that I would specifically build a deck around, however, with form flipping heroes, it could be nice to throw in if you have some healthy stats. Especially with heroes like Spectrum, SheHulk, Wasp, and Vision when playing Leadership in particular
Call for Aid I'd say is still great to get the Iron Man or Ronin ally immediately if you're doing Avenger voltron around either of them but that's about it. Moxie could be good for Spider-Woman? Maybe? Not really sure lol I never use that one either.

Spider Woman with Cap Marvel as her only Avenger is still visible I’m sure.

Yup, this is the only time I've used it. Even then you need a pretty consistent way to ready to really get value from the card.

Moxie could work very well in an X-23 sidekick deck. Or Quicksilver. But outside of that, I would probably want something else in my hand.

Both are still good for novelty fun builds, but generally, no.
Wouldn't Moxie work well with a quicksilver and his many ways to ready up?
Him or x23 probably are your best options
I also think these cards are junk.
