Times change. Grozny was statistically safest city in Russia 2012. Also probably the most modern. Neighbouring Dagestan and Ingushetia are a bit more wild ;-)

HEY that's what I read on an article one time in 2019 or 2020 I been looking up the safest cities in russia and OH BOY would I be surprised as an american citizen because the north caucasus is a dangerous region but chechnya wow good for you chechnya :-D

My apologies. I believe when the car was short-circuited, the indicators got broken. How did you notice the cops? They were all behind, chasing us.

You forget to use indicators when changing lanes, also what is very uncommon to me was that so many cops were in the streets.
