Hi there! I have two questions about the explanation of Liar´s Dice: * I always thought that when showdown Ones are wild and included as the number bet. * Last round between two players with one die each. If nobody after revealing guesses the sum of the number...Who win or lose? Thanks.
So what happens if the last two players have one dice and they both guess the incorrect sum? For example, the sum of both dice is 5 but the two players guess a number other than 5
i think the rules are similar- if someone guesses a number lower than 5, they win (their answer is the minimum). but if the other player guessed higher than 5, they lose (answer is too high).
Why do you have to up the number of the dice? You reach sixes very quickly as players will be more likely to have the same number of sixes than higher number of anything else. It's unnecessarily restrictive considering the sixes bare no significance on the spirit of the game. It instead should be you can't bet the same type that was already bet on at that count so eventually you have to increase the amount, but can still bet different types so players could go from 6s to 2s to 4s to 1s and increase the amount ever so slightly.
Bootstrap Bill you're a liar, and you will spend eternity on this ship!
"Master Turner...feel free to go ashore...the very next time we make port!".
Finally a liar's dice tutorial I can understand. Thank you. I appear to have a meeting with Davy Jones in about half and hour.
Good luck. You’ll need it.😂
I challenge Davy Jones.
I'm also here because of that scene.

I assume that the game continues until one of the two remaining players bets correctly.

The one who guesses closer but not over wins. Say one guesses 4 and the other guesses 7, but the sum is 6. 4 wins in this case coz 7 went over.
I'm here cuz I have to program a Liar's Dice game for my programming class project
Thank for this. This is very helpful
So pro top always bid 7 if there are only 2 people with one die each
Im honestly here cause of red dead redemption
