How do you set diff screen on the shirt to print different colors without using a 4 color 4 station screen printing stand?
9:28 Any suggestions for a conveyor dryer.. Conveyor dryer requires lots of electricity, someone had told me a minimum of 6 Kilowatts and if I want to use the conveyor dryer from home it doesn't seem possible.. and also do you know any manufacturer for this... Thanks

ive watched the majority of your videos,
im curious of your process,
are you able to print multiple shirts from a single line press?
if so, how do you store your frames from drying up when swapping colors etc,
ive noticed you store your frames in a rack of some sort, does it have something in it that keeps the ink at a proper viscosity,
especially printing with halftones and such,
or is your set up for your videos purely for a one shirt print only
Hey hi thanks for your support .
I use my single line press for my videos and yes it can print multiple T-shirt but one T-shirt at a time. For our production we have a 12 station line press.
We use plastisol ink so the colors won’t dry up. Even when we use water base ink it won’t dry up as we flood the screen with the ink. There is no special racks to store just a standard rack stand.

How much mesh count you use? Did you use same mesh count on all your video? You're a great screen printer.
Hey thanks brother. For this print we have used 203 mesh count. We use different mesh count base on the design.

No they r not process ink. They r normal Plastisol ink.

I can see your registration is off, not lined up perfect using the line table method. The RED is off from the WHITE edge! How in the world do you line up the marks using the line table method when you remove each screen and not be lined up?
You sure you know what you are talking about? Or judging about? You must be new to screen printing or probably don't have any idea about Line table method.
@@Riyum first of all, you as a person dont like criticism when you are wrong. You have white showing on the edge of the moon which means YOU did NOT have your screens in proper registration. Thats all that needs to be said, because you are not worth talking with since you are rude to viewers. Line table screen printing is for people that dont have the ability to use a REAL machine+666
