This one so far the best print in screen printing I have ever seen which is so realistic. The result also came out perfectly. I am wondering how do you know that you will have to use Dark grey, light grey, and white?
Thank you for your compliments. Under base usually depends on the artwork. Most artworks will work with just a white underbase but when the artwork has more details and you want to print as realistic as possible then we use very advance techniques to add grey and white. But for this artwork I had to add another grey to achieve the realistic result.
@@Riyum like midtone, highlight and shadow?
@@amanem9858 yes but in screen printing we do it in a different way to bring out those.
@Riyum I hope one day you will make a tutorial on it. I am waiting for that day now. I will practice it by myself in photoshop and try to find out how to get the result in channels as of the original image.
Will you be making a tutorial to make these screen prints? The digital workload to show the AI to physical prep process for the screen print?
Hi! Riyum, Awesome Work 😍 Can you please make a video on color separation of this design? Please....
Fantastic. The best I have seen.

Really like your work, will keep in touch for further info on learning the process and sourcing the equipment. i have posted some questions as i can see other people have too
Exquisite! Although the end result is impressive, it had the most character with only grey and red.
That is phenomenal. You could have stopped at white and grey or any stage after that, but the end product is 👏 superb job

You have piqued my interest in screen printing as a means to print a few t-shirt designs of my own, thanks Riyum.
I wish you the best of success for your channel.

Thank u and also most welcome. It’s a 203 mesh that we used
Thank you Riyum.

@@adelawprint thank you. 🙏
Great videos I have a question!? What are your printer settings for the film! Do you mess with the color handling at all through photoshop print settings? My films halftones like the really small ones seem to be greying out or a bit blurry..thanks!
Which emulsion do you use for coating screen? Is a1 emulsion good for this fine details or cs 5 ?
thanks for the informative videos! do you separate angles for the different colors? if so, by how much?
🤯🤯🤯👏🏽🍻✌🏽
You are so underrated
Pls how do you select your order of colors for printing after separation? Do you have an order or you just use any of the colors in any order?
Great print. What LPI and meshcount you are using?
Thanks
LPI 50.
Mesh count 203
Hi Riyum I am new to screen printing could you
tell me what mesh count did you use for this artwork please
Will you also teach these type of design in your offline workshop ?
Also including how to use software ?
Yes both color separation and how to print. Not only this but also other advance techniques
@@Riyum Thankyou
Is this available in UK?
Whats the name of your printing press?
Sir please make a video about this picture colour separation.
Table making video please
Can you do tutorial on screen making … exposing and washing and registration…
Well done, thank you so much for sharing. May I know what mesh count you use for those colors respectively? Are they the same?
Hey Thank you . It’s a 200 mesh count for the screens.
@@Riyum I got it, thanks.
Discharge ink possible CMYK color job?
How can I purchase the art work to print my own at home?
Nice work. Can you tell me what's the brand of the ink .tanks a lot.
Hey Thanks. We r using our own inks.
Sir HM for color separation tutorial? Thanks!
Great job!!! how many lpi are the separations??? thanks!!
Thanks . 50LPI
Where is your offline store in Guwahati.. so I can visit and buy line table machine
Do you or is this available in the UK to buy?
Beautiful work ! How many lines(lpi) per inch and how many dots(dpi) per inch did you use and what mesh counts ? I know you said that you separated in Photoshop, but did you use a RIP for the films ? Also, it looks like you reduce your inks a lot, right ? Thank you 🙂
Hey Thanks .. We used 50LPI at 300DPI and 203 Mesh count. No RIP softwares were used. Plastisol inks sometimes are very thick or hard so we used little bit of plastisol reducer to make it creamy.
@@Riyum Whoa ! You don't really mean "300 DPI", right?! Your screen wouldn't hold that...I can't imagine. Yes, I could tell that you had reduced the ink a lot. Worked really well ! thanks again 🙂
@@celticmandoplayer 300 DPI is the resolution brother. and 50LPI is the dot size. Hope this clears up. I answered what u asked. :)
@@Riyum Ah! My mind was just focused on the RIP aspect ( I know you don't use a RIP) with LPI and the angle and not the 300 resolution for the creation of the artwork. Sorry for the confusion. (and not a guy! A gal !) 🙂 thanks again
@@celticmandoplayer Oops sorry :D thought u r a guy :) . Yes, for this we used 45 angle at 50 LPI. Could have used 60 LPI or higher. But thought of just keeping at 50LPI. and most welcome.
Please give a job I really want to learn from you.
I wish I could ☹️
CMYK
do you know about screen printing fibrillation if yes then give your opinion about it and tell us how to prevent it..
Usually now a days all tshirt are biowashed or combed cotton. Meaning there is very little chance for the fabric fibres to come up into the ink. However, there are some common tricks to do if you encounter fibrillation.
1) Just heat press it before u print.
2) If you have professional setups or automatic machine, use the roller to flatten the fabric fibres.
3) Lastly but not the least you can use fabric hair remover rolls to quickly flatten the fabric fibres or in some cases remove it.
Having said that go the biowash or combed cotton tshirt so that you don't encounter such things which will save your time and effort.
Hope this helps. 👍
Wow! so much glad that you responded lyk this 😍 meant a lot, yea definately the information u gave is very usefull and correct 💯 thanks man again for your kind support 😀
can i do cymk in this ??
Yes you can. However the output colors will be compromised.
