WoW! AGAIN! Thank you for bringing this to my attention (I'm super happy I subscribed) Those synth basses brought me RIGHT BACK to the 80's! Rockin' presets as well! Thank you Lukas!
Tried loading (via: load bank, load FXB bank file), but only Lukas Synthbass 3 shows in the list of presets and no sound, just shows midi activity when playing the keyboard. What am I doing wrong?
What computer do you have, what DAW are you using? Does every other VST make sound except this one? I have had no trouble at all with the FB-7999 VST. It's really straight forward.
I haven't had any issues with any other vst - they all work ok. I'm using Studio One on a pc. Maybe I should try downloading the vst again.@@roboticrealm
@@WavestationOffical Again, as with @hayward85, what computer do you have, and what DAW are you using? I can't to help you otherwise. I probably can't help with this anyway though. You should probably reach out to FullBucket and ask them.
@@roboticrealm I use windows 10 operating system and my daw is studio one. I'm not too sure why it won't load the presets.. I've used your amazing presets before on other vsts such as ob-xd and Odin 2, but haven't had a single issue... I'm sure it's something with the vst but I really have no clue....
thanks for sharing! I wasn't even aware of this free softsynth but I liked the sounds I heard in your video so I downloaded it & your fxb. I agree, very authentic 80s synthbass especially. Hit me up if you'd benefit from custom programs for Roland Jdxa, MC909, MC307, JX8P, Casio CZ101, minilogue
Even though I own both a DW-8000 and a DW-6000, I haven't compared them side by side with the FullBucket VST. So you might be right. Just listening to the patches though anyone could have fooled me thinking this was a real DW-8000.
@@roboticrealm I once had a DW8000 that was defective in that it had broken keys and the inability to save patches. My dad fixed the keys and soldered a new battery, but I still couldn't save patches, so I sold it. I think the plugin captures the charm of the synth well, and I hope KORG emulates the DSS1.
@@roboticrealm thanks for the response, yea, I tried that but the patch for some reason is not highlighted when you search for it - and you can’t click it. It’s probably just something on my end like a security app function or whatever
Thank you! I'm glad you think so. Not much songs coming out of me nowadays (I always get stuck and feel uninpired, but I have over 100 songs on my website, so maybe I should be content) so I fiddle with patches instead, which always is a lot of fun. And it's nice to share with others and hopefully make them happy and make them go create music.
A very successful emulation of the Korg DW. In terms of build quality, it can be placed alongside the PG-8X.
I agree. Both these sound very close to the hardware synths, in my opinion.
These are really nice 80's vibe sounds. I feel real eighties time here again 😎 Thanks for sharing 🎶
Great to hear! Thanks!
Oh wow, this is so awesome, can't wait to write some synthwave "bangers" with this SYNTH!!! thanks a million
The FB-7999 is one of my favorite Plugins. Thank you SO much for making these patches. :)
Thanks!

Thanks for doing this - I love FB VSTs and the FB7999 is really awesome!
Thank You Lukas, your optimised, and own presets are Always a joy to play with.
Great to hear! I hope these can inspire to make great music!
@@roboticrealm i like 80's synthwave. Your bell, and poly keys / pad sounds are most useable for synthwave/outrun
Amazing! I definitely need to try these out. I was actually hoping you might make some patches for this synth!
Nice to hear from you again, Russel!
loving the brass pads in particular - outstanding!
This is definitely a full bucket, even better than a bucket half full!
thanks for the patches yo!
Many thanks for these patches, the Fullbucket's people do an amazing job 👍👍👍👍
Fullbucket FTW!
Very good sounds!
Dope!!!
The original DW-8000 could get very noisy once you got the digital delay in there. Oddly the recording posted here captures this. 😊
Of course the original didn't have the knobby interface either. Funny to watch mouse clicks on data input buttons.
Thanks 🎉🎉🎉
You're welcome

I have loads of custom patches for JX-8P, but there's always room for more, I guess.
Aren't the filters different? I think the original has screamier filter resonance.

How do I load the sound bank into this? 😢
Should add that I use a Mac
@@mattm3729 It should be to just press the Menu button and then Load Bank. Have you tried that?
If you need even further instructions, you can watch Espen Kraft's new video on this VST: ua-cam.com/video/O_mZGUz1qVI/v-deo.html

sounds definitely close to the original
I agree.
Bravo Lukas. You always create such useful and creative patches. These are no exception. Thank you for doing what you do. 🍬🍎🟦

Many thanks for the great patches! Subscribed! I have a real DW 8000 and I love it... but it's not in the best condition.
