The information was helpful I was hoping if I would see Kent I hope I will see videos on Kent here in future Thank you for the video on Ohio by the way. Keep it up.
I live in Cleveland. Cleveland could be a great city, but unfortunately, there are 3 things that really hurt the city. 1. Cuyahoga county taxes are high, mainly because of the school system. 2. The Cleveland public schools suck. 3. The job market is not very good. Cleveland, like many big Great Lakes cities, was built around the manufacturing of steel and producing products made from metal. Cleveland was ounce referred to as the nut and bolt capital of the world. Sadly, with the downfall of the steel and manufacturing sectors, many jobs were lost, and Cleveland, just like other Northern cities, is riddled with abandoned factories and warehouses. Many of the beautiful old neighborhoods in Cleveland have fallen into disrepair and poverty. This has made attracting people to Cleveland, and keeping people here very difficult.
Can you do a small charming town version of this video? I've been looking at a few like Wooster, Circleville, Chagrin Falls, and Marietta; maybe you might know of a few others though.
Columbus - you left out our sports team. We have the first professional soccer team called The Columbus Crew. The new stadium is state of the art!! Also, left out was Nationwide Arena and our professional hockey team- The Columbus Bluejackets! Our amazing German Village, Italian Village. Lots left out of this video. Columbus is now the LARGEST city in Ohio, population wise. We also have a world renowned zoo … and YES, OSU!
@d.c.3213 Great points! Thank you for jumping in. Yes, all those things. I am limited on time but will try to remember all those for the next video that includes C-bus.
Cincinnati is an extremely diverse community. Even the larger suburbs like Mason, West Chester, and Fairfield. As for night life, once you get out to the suburbs, everything ends at 10p. But in the city, there is always something happening. From music venues, to festivals to cocktail bars and brew pubs, Over-the-Rhein, Downtown, and Clifton are usually hopping late into the night. What types of things are you looking to do?
@@umazon4132 Yes! We've got all that. Tons of concert venues (including small and large for bands and comedians), car shows, and pick a sport--we've got it. I just found out that we have a women's tackle football team: cincinnaticougars.org/ Not joking--everything you could want is here.
People, I live in Ohio and this video is not the ultimate guide to Ohio. It's an opinion by someone who does not live in all the 5 cities mentioned. Yellow Springs...really?! I won't comment on two of the other of the other so called ultimate cities mentioned. Just my opinion. Leora kelser
I am glad you are passionate about your state. Ohio is a great state and I tried to highlight some of the best, and more interesting communities. I hope it helps someone looking to move! Thanks for watching!
very helpful and informative
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching.
Cincy with the best weather in Ohio, character, history, hills, etc. makes it the GOAT of OH! Ask your neighbor, I’m sure they are from CLE!
YES! Cincy is the GOAT! But that's hilarious! Yes, our neighbors are from Cleveland. 😂

Sounds a lot like Lima and Dayton and other towns in-between. Why do you stay?

I will see what I can do. No guarantees, but I will put it on the list.
I’m seriously debating whether to move near Cleveland or Cincinnati 😫
Cincinnati, hands down! Unless you like snow...
