Jeannie, allow me to thank you from my heart for the beautiful work you do and the impact, benefits and support it had on me, in times of struggle. The last one for ex, I had a very important big final exam for my career and extremely hard, where I had such a hard time to concentrate to study and sleep problems, due to relationship and personal issues that come at the same time. Almost all this period of exam preparation, I had days where I could not stand talking to my folks at the telephone ( even if they wanted to encourage me ), in those days, it was only with YOU and your videos, that I was doing my very few breaks from study and I was going to bed, trying to fall asleep with your voice. So now, I am at about 3 weeks after my exam, I made it, I passed it, despite all my other difficulties and I did not forget to come here and thank you. For the wonderful human being you are, the difference you make, for what you are doing for others throughout your videos, in which you put a lot of empathy, authenticity and dedication. Blessings ❤

Oh Ash - this is tough and I’m not sure I have any “answers” for you except to say that it’s all in YOUR hands. It may not be easy, but little steps of forward progress are still forward progress. Perhaps allowing yourself to put down the suitcase of fear, even for an hour, may be very freeing for you. Remember, we are comfortable with what we do over and over again. Perhaps doing a little step over and over, though hard at first, will eventually become comfortable. Then you take the next step…and so on. Like beating down steps through tall grass. Little steps over and over eventually make a pathway. My very best to you, my dear. Keep me posted.

@@JeannieBASMR Sorry I just saw this, but luckily a cousin of mine was able to take her in, and my aunt (who lives down the street from my job) is letting me stay with her for a bit. I’m so grateful for both of these ladies in my life, and I’ve also applied for help for finding a place of my own again. Currently in Massachusetts but also looking into RI and NH for an apartment. 💜💜

Oh Ash - this is tough and I’m not sure I have any “answers” for you except to say that it’s all in YOUR hands. It may not be easy, but little steps of forward progress are still forward progress. Perhaps allowing yourself to put down the suitcase of fear, even for an hour, may be very freeing for you. Remember, we are comfortable with what we do over and over again. Perhaps doing a little step over and over, though hard at first, will eventually become comfortable. Then you take the next step…and so on. Like beating down steps through tall grass. Little steps over and over eventually make a pathway.
