Same! I’ve been going through a big transformation, and it’s been an especially hard time. Change can be painful, cause doubts, and make one feel really vulnerable. This video was so needed for me. Sending you good thoughts and hoping today is easier.
For someone who's growing older day by day and going through experiences in life, beyond the typical roleplay and fast paced ASMR, these affirmation videos are my absolute favourite. I don't quickly fall asleep to them but I truly relax. Mentally and spiritually I am relaxed and I don't feel alone. I stop beating myself internally and just let my overthinking brain relax. Hello! You are the first ASMR channel that I have watched. Quite a few years ago, during the pandemic, I was in a dark place. I was sick with COVID, had no work after graduating from university, and gained self-hatred. A lot of anxiety crept up and I struggled so much. Your videos have helped me a lot to relax and videos about positive affirmations like this one, have helped me so much and I'm sure help many. They have inspired me to make ASMR videos too for people who struggle with negativity and anxiety. God bless you always and keep up the awesome content!!!

I used her affirmations back in 2018 when I lost a close relative at the hands of someone else. And her self love and self healing affirmations and medications helped me grieve pain and allow forgiveness to heal all my negative emotions. Since I’ve forgiven I’ve never had to look back.
She’s still my go to for a fine-tune.
