I live for this genre of movies. I'm 58 but these schlocky flicks takes me back to my childhood when I'd watch these horror gems alone in my bedroom with the lights out. Parents expressed some concern but not once did I have a bad dream as a result. Love this channel, the groovy host and it was a delight to see Candance. I absolutely love Carnival of Souls.
I think this drive-in classic was Roy Scheider's feature debut. And Candace Hilligoss as co-star and Creature Features guest...perfect evening! Looking forward to Saturday night!
Wish my mom was still living to see her classics on this freakin fantastic channel. This is straight classic horror/thriller movies WITH GOOD TASTE.., it's nothing like today's junk that they show. Much love to u guys..❤
While we were in our late teens and 20s out on the town, did any of us think we'd be sitting here at 9 PM on Saturday nights watching TV ? hahaha still, I'm enjoying this much more especially with some of those dreadful dehydrated mornings crawling to the sink and gulping down unfiltered water and coffee. Long live Creature Features!
I was watching the original with Bob Wilkins with my Dad every single Saturday night then I took a break in my 20’s and beyond to play but now I am in my 50’s I am back!! I love it just as much. Just miss my Daddy is all. He would love this
RIP Roy Scheider. Wish he could have done more and had more time to enjoy his acting❤ I love to hear stories from Olden days from people like Ms Candace! We should cherish our senior's more! Shes still gorgeous
@@rogerrendzak8055 I’m referring to Roy Schneider. His pet orangutan destroyed her flat. Who brings an orangutan to someone’s home and allows them to do that? A rude houseguest, imo. Even worse he had an orangutan as a pet.

For me, “Carnival of Souls” is the scariest film ever. The black and white cinematography, and the way it was used to express fear and evil, the dark and ominous music Ms. Hilligoss performed on organ, and the few, strange and creepy live characters who haunt the story. Still brings me the chills! Best, and love “Chiller”…….. r
Vincent, yourself and Mister Livingston should try to secure permission to show Logan's Run. Then invite one or more of the cast members to appear on your show. That would be quite a success.

Amazing to see Candice Hilligoss on Creature Features again. Thank you. I've never seen Curse of the Living Corpse. I can understand why; but what the hey?
As soon as I heard the names of Candace Hilligoss and Roy Schneider I said to myself that yep I had that DVD in my B horror movie section of my horror collection, as a matter of fact it is right next to my Carnival of Souls!!! Gary Bailey KingofDarkness ❤😊
Those of us whom have seen this film are once again laughing our sweet bippies off, comparing the thumbnail to the *actual film* 😂 (which honestly ain't bad, and Candace was the best part of it, but dang, 👏 👏👏👏👏👏👏 to whichever member of the CF team made that thumbnail photo-art, it's *superb* ). In any event, All Hail Candace!!
LOVE THE CANDACE💘😁!!! STILL 'looking' great!!!! Have ALWAYS been 'infatuated', with "CARNIVAL OF SOULS "!!! Grew up with it, but not so of, "CURSE OF THE LIVING CORPSE". Stumbled across it, at "Best Buy" (15 years ago), on a two movie set, along with "HORROR AT PARTY BEACH"! The connection is, they're both 'Del Tenney', films. Did you know Candace, only made two pic's,🎬🎥, the two depicted, above (and classic horror, at that)😊!!!!
Vincent, the idea of horror/sci-fi/Creature Features plays would be a brilliant idea, for sure!!! C'mon lotto winnings I have some scary, wonderful plays to produce. Have a Merry, Scary Christmas Vincent, Tangella, and Mr. Livingston.
What I find so interesting about this film is it was shot at the same time as “Horror of Party Beach” and released on a double bill with it too. Yet, this film seems so much more professional than the other. Don’t get me wrong- HOPB is a guilty pleasure of mine. It just seems they put more effort into this film.
This was produced by the same people. Both filmed in Connecticut. Honestly, I thought this movie was absolutely awful. Horror at Party Beach was awful in a very funny B movie way. This movie was just a similar but horribly done rip- off of Premature Burial. I could barely get through it.
Hey everybody. I’ve got a slew of movie suggestions for ‘Feature a Creature.’ Maybe 27th Day, Cat People, Horror of Party Beach, Not of this Earth, Panic in Year Zero, Teenagers from Outer Space, The Beach Girls and the Monster, Village of the Damned, Phantom from Space, or my personal favorite, Devil Girl from Mars. Thank you for returning all of us to a desired time of movies that struck a chord of fear in our youth and an edgeness upon our seat. The very same movies we laugh about now.
@Tommy Darbe. 1933's "THE GHOUL"💀!!! Great film!!! Some of Boris', early 'best's'!!!! My deceased wife, bought this for me, as a 'gift' (yes, of course BEFORE, she died, in case you were pondering 🤔………)!!!
