@@erik4177 hey, currently I try to run 4x a week and average about 40km, so a few smaller runs (one recovery, one faster eg intervals), a threshold run and a longrun. Over the next few weeks I will probably extend the longrun to 17-20km and do more intervals of 2km in 4:05 or 3km in HM pace of 4:16 to get a feeling for the pace 😇
That 17 seconds might actually be you carrying that camera on the head and the extra drag that would've created during the slopes. Also dissipation of heat across that head area covered by the cam.
What was the guy with crutches thinking? I know this isn't a major race or anything and no hate/good on him for running with the crutches, but he had to know that he would cause a massive backup of runners by starting right at the front like that. I'm an okay runner, but I always start back of centre - I'd rather overtake a bunch of people and get a slightly slower time than get in everyone's way.
7:56 The 5th km split text remained as the 4th km split. Huge pace and effort, beating your own time is more respectable than getting 1st place. It means you improved yourself :)
Congratulations! But oh my God, what a running course. The course is extremely narrow and difficult to run, I've never seen anything like it in Germany or the Netherlands, for example. One of the two runners from Oslo bends over at the kerb, very dangerous. And someone could come out of the entrances at any time. Aren't the roads allowed to be closed for a short time?
I find it interesting when downtime doesn't seem to affect you as much as you think it will. Ran a half marathon yesterday after running only once in 3 weeks (recovering from a 45+ mile run), not really much speed work, and was only 3 minutes behind my PR when I was blasting in ideal conditions. Still shooting for my sub 4 hour marathon before 40 which will be rough, but I think after that, I'm going to focus on half marathons or less. Just the time and strain of marathon training adds up.
Great run! But that track looks a bit messy to run, hard to get a good rythm going with a lot of sharp bends, narrow paths and switching from left to middle to right side. Something going on all the time sort of.
I noticed that those guys in front of you have different gait patterns. Do you have idea which shoes they are wearing? I need to know especially those adidas
Is the rest between intervals supposed to be walking or slow running? I mean those intervals training you talked about recently - 15x45\15s and 5x6m race pace.
The course gets me on my nerves, sharp turns, people with croches starting in the front, one of the guys in front almost twisted his ankle on a curb, people crossing the course... omg.
@@msalquistlandin Must be in editing the footage, I only know as other running creators mentioned it in their videos. I’m sure Goran himself will answer, he is good at interacting with comments and he will let you know. It looks really good though. Hi! Yeah there is a way to add your Coros watch data when you use a insta 360 camera in the insta 360 app this works good. But the way I do it is using a free software called virb edit then I just import the video and Coros data to it.
I was also wondering this, my own heart rate in a 5k would be mid 180s with 19:15 being my fastest this year. Goran running 17 mins with a HR that barely breaks 170 is amazing to me 😂 obviously not a measure of how deep you're digging, great race and nice to see an improvement, can't control who else is on the start line.
@@Lenquo if you are pre-fatigue its possible that your HR cannot reach maximum values. Your HR not going up to the fullest in a 5k is indicating that. I would say his preparation was not ideal to this race format. But that can happen with other stuff on your agenda and mind.
Find it interesting that your heartrate is around 169-170 when you're going all out while when I run my 5k all out I usually sit around 188-190 bpm. Get that we run at different speeds just quite a big difference in heartrate no?
@@goranwinbladI am a 22:00 5k runner now but my heart rate max is about 205. used to be 220 when I was a teenager, had a few track coaches not believe me.
Thank you for wearing the ridiculous apparatus on your head for these races. Not easy to film running content for this reason. A bike on the track or a drone or a camera mounted on a vehicle on a dirt road or trail are pretty annoying to get action shots in. But in forestry trails or in your case a race thats not really on the road the pov style is a great choice.

These complete race videos with commentary are really nice! Good job!
Happy to hear, more coming!
yes pretty exciting to get a bird's eye view on the shoulder (or forehead) of a fast runner
Absolutely.
The spiderman guy walks around in Moss on a daily basis, he defends the city from all evil. He's our hero.
Yeah we are lucky to have him 😁
A man with two crutches front and centre on the start line!! That made me laugh so hard. 😂😂
I was waiting for him to toss the crutches to the side and start running as soon as the race began 😆
this video is so good! thanks for putting up with wearing a camera so we can see the race.
Thanks happy to hear! 😊
Nice work Goran, that was quite exciting to watch, the camera works so well and the data on screen is so good for this type of content.
Thanks, glad to hear! 😁
These race videos with commentary are my favorite
Happy to hear, more coming!
Well done Goran. 5ks are one of the hardest race distances to run well. It really puts you through a test :)
Thanks!
Great advert integration! Well done on the run!
Thanks! 😊
Love this on screen metrics & metadata with comments 💪✌️
Thanks, glad to hear!
I like your race videos. When I ran, I primarily competed against myself and the runners who were running my pace.
Thanks glad to hear!
Awesome video! Congrats for the new PB
Thanks a lot. These videos are just wonderful to watch and I feel also the heat of the race! You are amazing for running at that crazy pace!!
Great race! Im working towards a new HM PB (
Hey, how many kilometers do you run per week? These are my next goals as well

Great analysis of your race. Entertaining and motivating. Proud of you man !
Excellent video. Really enjoy the footage first person.
Congratulations! Very well done and nice video too! 😊
Love these. Bra Göran! 💪🏻
Brilliant, I was shouting at my screen, willing you on. So inspiring to see you digging so deep. 👍👍👍💪🙏💥
Awesome! Thank you! 😁
Congratulations Göran, great effort! Thanks, helps a lot.
Amazing video - loved the running pov and the commentary makes it top level. Good job!
Great stuff Goran...well done...
Thanks! 😊
love this format
Wow! You are amazing, never give up in a nice way🤗
Brilliant!
Really great video! I‘d love to see more POV race videos!
Good job!
Great video! I wonder if the kids and the guy on crutches weren’t clogging up the start you would’ve been even faster. Well done!
Nice job. Those two ahead of you were strong runners.
Alltid lika kul att följa med på dina lopp, Göran ! ☺️
Tack, kul att höra!
You’re very inspiring! Congrats on 3rd 👏
Thank you!
Why the hell would they let a bunch of kids start in the front group... Poor management of the starting area 🤣🤣
Yeah the organisers should have informed about the importance of standing accordingly to your expected pace.
@@goranwinbladthats every race a few people over estimate themselves.
They were most likely doing it for charity so felt the need/entitled to go to the front.
….and other runners are just selfish. It is an unfortunate part, but can be an additional challenge to the race.

I give all of you a lot of credit, that course has a lot of hard corners, and it's so hard to keep on pace like that!
I was not even running, but I could feel your pain 😂😅 Nice video as usual! Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷💪🏻

Spiderman ha perdido esta batalla 😂😂
Excelente video y con estupenda narración. 👍 😊
Thanks and thanks for watching 😊
It woulda been hilarious if spiderman was at the finish line reading a magazine when yall pulled up haha
Snyggt Göran!
You can be a supervillain now that you know you can outrun spiderman. 😎
Tack haha ja 🤣
2:20 the guy almost broke his ankle.
The slip at 2:22 😱

Thanks! Yeah not the fastest 5k course but a really fun race I actually prefer this to a more “boring” flat course without turns.
I would definitely trip up a curb at some point in that race!
It looks like a pretty town. But I hate it when they nake you run on the tiny sidewalk, for fear of stopping cars. I find it absurd
I would hate it running there.
At our Parkrun we run two 2.5km ovals in the park, luxury :)

What's your max heart rate? Would give some insight into how hard you're pushing
Imagine showing up to a 5k

Hey Goran, how do you do this live data cast?
That guy with crutches looks like the one that you where racing against last year 🤔
Ok yeah it wasn’t the same guy
Probably one of the worst courses i have ever seen. Good race none the less
What do you use to film these races from a pov
5km is not easy... ultimately do you treat is a short 10K or go for it hard and treat it like a long 3k?.
Yeah I now it’s a hard distance to pace I try to pace the first two kilometre not to hard then see it like an all out 3k from there basically
Nice city - what is this?
The course gets me on my nerves, sharp turns, people with croches starting in the front, one of the guys in front almost twisted his ankle on a curb, people crossing the course... omg.

Congrats for beating spiderman. What shoes did you wear?
Thanks 😅 Alphafly 3
