I think the last slide is wrong when F stat > F critical we should reject H0 and when F critical > F stat we fail to reject H0

Error (within groups): dfError= 12 (total degrees of freedom 18−1=17 , minus the degrees of freedom for factors and interaction: 17−2−1−2=12
