Well their skills lie more in the fact that they're a tier above Maul in terms of Force power and could just easily telekinetically put him down the way Sidious could. No dueling even needed.

A good story, but I don't agree that the Naboo pilots could've taken down the controll ship. It took a basically 1-in-a-million plot point that Anakin was able to do what he did. I like the inclusion of the legal side with the judicial system, it shows you have a good understanding of the beaurocratic mess the Republic was. A well earned sub, friend o/

I have a problem with Kit being taken down so fast, in the novelization of revenge of the sith he is easily the best fighter save for windu to face Sidious, and he was only thrown off due to anakin’s suddenly, growing presence, during the fight

I actually believe the story would have been different Qui Gon trained Anakin. I believe the story would've been that if any other jedi, even yoda would have trained Anakin his mother would not have been saved. That was key to the whole thing. Therefore, I agree with this video

The problem i have is that mace and yoda being there would have changed things. If they captured maul and mas gunray the fight would have ended different mas gunray being captured he would have been forced to shut down the driods so the fight would have ended quicker leading to even more changes.
The jedi banned cutting off limbs on purpose, obi-wan only did it in episode 3 because the order was destroyed and anakin needed to be stopped, he didn't care about the code during that battle
No it was the technique he used that was banned by the jedi for being to cruel, known as Mou Kei. It was a Sith technique that focused on targeting multiple points on the body at once.

They have become politicians, and now killers, not peace keepers. The Force and each other are the only ones we can trust. They are falling into Darkness," Qui-gon would tell Anakin. Qui-gon and Anakin would be willing to take part in the peace talks as it was not war, and Qui-gon would understand it was important he and Anakin go, and Dooku's message would reveal he was right to agree to go! He would then show Anakin Dooku's message and tell Anakin his time had come, and they would tell the council, who would take your said action, and Anakin would be made a Jedi. Qui-gon would suggest they continue working together to bring peace to the galaxy and then Anakin see how the Jedi had fallen and failed as peace keepers and aid in bringing peace, but not as a Jedi.
