This world is Loud! I’m trying hard to remove things and not engage unless it’s for my highest good and that’s darn hard habit to break so helpful!
Because that's not the idea. The purpose is to reach a level that you can communicate or even take part in something WITHOUT being affected by it. That's the sign of an 'educated mind' - as Aristotle put it - to be able to 'entertain a thought' without accepting it. It should not affect you even if you "watch the news" (I'm not encouraging it but you get the picture). It's called the TAO. The Middle Way. Because until you consider "some thoughts" for your "highest good" and other as "negative"... you are stillll in your EGO and have a way to go. xx..

Also, YOUR frequency is what you frequently see. “The law of vibration/karma” I understand what you’re saying but DO NOT totally agree. The way you present it shows your EGO. There’s always perspectives YOU haven’t considered. Let’s watch how you respond. This is why I rarely engage on these comments, it’s a waste of energy to reply sometimes but here I am.
@@08Stellait’s highly important not to over exposure yourself to things which are not for your highest good, seems like common sense. Notice I didn’t say negative … trust me all this dark energy has only elevated me friend and pushed me toward the light even more. Now I need to be better disciplined in what I consume 💜 xoxo

It's really really difficult to be in deep grief going through all these energies and radiation and solar flares and just so much everyday the external environment chefs and then my internal environment I never know where it's going to be when I wake up is it going to be in deep grief or is it going to be sort of okay for a couple of hours or am I going to descend into night terrors again
