Breaking 90 isnt too hard. You just need a good short game and a long game that doesn't slice or hook massively. To break 80 you really need a bit more distance and or ball Striking quality. I don't have either at the moment! 😂
Definitely. Wedges make the biggest difference in my game. I hear the other day that the difference between the best and worst putter on tour last year was 1.6 strokes per round, while the best vs worst driver of the ball was a 5 stroke swing. Do you think that applies to amateurs?
@@AgainstThe-Grainno, look at the senior single handicap players. They stay low digits due to being accurate and still having a great short game / putting. Distance only plays a factor if you have a short game to match.
@@AgainstThe-Grain yes but those strokes are more likely to come from lost balls with amateurs. Ive found with my progression from shooting 100plus to breaking 90 that being able to get on the green and 2 putt from inside 100 yards was a massive step in the right direction but it's easier to make a mistake and throw a shot away than it is to hit a real good shot to get one close enough to make par.
First time viewer of your channel here. I'm asian. Once I saw you do the asian squat to read the putting green I subscribed instantly. 😅
Hahahaa it’s the habit I picked up living in Thailand 😂 idk why people are so confused I can do it
